In recent months we have been making dog themed gifts. We have over 30 dog breed charms in stock to embellish our hand stamped Keyrings. We make 3 sizes of Keyrings starting at £5 each. Please click on the Etsy shop tab to see our full range.
Wow, 5 months have almost passed by since my last entry! How did that happen? Well....it shows how busy I've been. Etsy has really taken off, and I currently have had 89 sales!! This takes up quite a lot of my time as you can imagine.
I've started my craft fairs for 2017, mostly local to West Norfolk, although I did venture as far as Blakeney, on the Norfolk coast, earlier this month. I've been concentrating on making pet themed keychains. I now have 16 dog breeds in stock, in addition to cats and horses. Last Sunday was my Totally Animal Fair which was great fun. I even made a video to show off my stall, and did live stamping for the first time.
After first signing up to Etsy about four years ago, I've finally started listing there. You'll find me here:
Pre-Christmas sale from midnight tonight (30th Nov) until midnight 14th Dec with code DEC10. We close the online shop for Christmas on 15th December.
I've recently started making a collection of Goth key rings. These followed on from Halloween. Additionally my thoughts have been quite dark since losing my best friend two weeks ago :(
Since my Gotshop closed I've been deliberating on where/how to sell my items. Today I have made the decision to stay with my web site, but to upgrade so that I can list everything, and also check out is with my domain not weebly. We will see how it goes!
Metal is infamously difficult to photograph without shadows and reflections, especially indoors. So this week I have started taking my jewellery outside to photograph. The difference is quite striking. The metal shines (as it should) and there are no shadows!
It's almost a year since I last blogged, and in that time Esme's Buttons has completely changed direction.. We have moved away from polymer clay and taken up metal stamping! Yes, quite a difference!
I was becoming disillusioned with the way that changes in the weather were affecting the clay, and began to doubt its longevity. Introducing the pewter Celtic range last year was the beginning of the end of polymer clay.
Since the start of this year I have been learning and practicing the art of hand stamping on metal. Writing/fonts etc was always an area of huge interest to me when working with clay, and I am now expanding my repertoire with hand stamping affirmation words/quotes and using design stamps. I work mainly with aluminium as it is hypoallergenic and lightweight.
I have been selling my metal range at craft fairs and online for about 5 months now. Please visit the 'product' pages here to see what our new craft is all about!
We are so very excited to be able to announce that, alongside our own handmade wares, we will now be stocking a wonderful range of handmade pewter Celtic jewellery and buttons, handmade in Wales. We will be bringing these lovely products to our Craft Fairs in the Downham Market area for starters. Here's a little taste of what to expect :)
We are now stocking Artists' Greetings Cards. The three artists we have chosen for the present are Julia Jeffrey, Chris Down and Esther Remmington.
We now have a good collection of Celtic and Fantasy cards to sell both here on the website and at Craft Fairs. We will look to expand this range soon. Here is a selection.
We are pleased to announce, that following our rebranding over the last four weeks, our online shop is once again open. It is filling up with our new handmade Celtic goodies. Do pop over and have a browse. As before, payment can be made by debit/credit card or PayPal.
Introducing a new range of knitted Celtic Knotwork. Each choker is formed from twp knitted icords which are then made into a celtic knot and a clasp is fixed to the back.

I've been playing on Picmonkey to come up with a more simplistic logo for when it's called for. Have settled (for now anyway) on this one.
